On 18 February, TICE.PT visited the School of Information Technology and Management, where it was welcomed by members of its management board. The meeting aimed to learn about ESTIG's activities and to present TICE.PT's work in general, particularly his role as as coordinator of the Gaia-X Hub Portugal and the IDSA Competence Centre Portugal. The IPB is a member of the Gaia-X AISBL Association, and the meeting served to strengthen ties between Gaia-X Hub Portugal and IPB.

The visit provided an opportunity to engage with some of the extensive research and industry collaboration that ESTIG has been conducting in the field of data utilization, particularly through the development of true data spaces to enable more comprehensive and efficient use of data.
