18th Congress of the Portuguese Committee of URSI

TICE.PT was present at the 18th Congress of the Portuguese Committee of URSI, which took place at ANACOM on 29 November, where it presented DIH CONNECT5 in the context of the “Applied Innovation in Portugal” panel.

This year the URSI Congress focused on the dissemination of Technological Free Zones and Digital Innovation Hubs, as technological innovation and experimentation programs aligned with European innovation and economic development policies, which leverage the knowledge developed and consolidated in institutions of higher education, in laboratories and research and development (R&D) units, in the business sector and in industry. The various initiatives and main projects underway in our country were made known, especially those that have the greatest impact on the development of radio sciences and radio technologies.
