Cluster TICE.PT is a partner of the Data Spaces Support Centre (DSSC)

The Data Spaces Support Centre (DSSC) is a European project that contributes to the creation of common data spaces, collectively fostering a sovereign, interoperable, and reliable data-sharing environment. Its goal is to enable data reuse within and across sectors while fully respecting EU values and supporting the European economy and society.

Funded by the European Commission under the Digital Europe Programme, the DSSC is designed for both the public sector and businesses seeking to establish sovereign data spaces. As a consortium of 12 partners, it is supported by the Strategic Stakeholder Forum (SSF), a think-and-action group that assists the DSSC in achieving its objectives.

Together with the other DSSC consortium partners, the SSF provides recommendations on the governance of DSSC assets, their development, and long-term sustainability. The SSF plays an active and advisory/strategic role within the DSSC. Following an invitation, Cluster TICE.PT is a member of the SSF since early March 2025, taking another step towards strengthening its strategic commitment to building the new data economy in Portugal.
